Standard equipment also includes a plastic transparent guard in front of the engine and a flexible rubber strip between the wheels to protect the operator. The large wheels (which are not propelled) allow you to work close to all obstacles with agility and manoeuvrability.
The cutter head can be inclined in three positions (central, right and left): This allows working near kerbsides, pavements and walls in such way to completely eliminate grass rests. The handlebar is comfortable, with a front lever to engage the cutter and a rod to change its 3 position tilting cutter head (centre, right or left).The tilting positions are ideal to work close to curbs, pavements and walls. You can brush the ground and cut the grass to zero.
You can tilt the wheels to either the right or left to facilitate cutting close to edgings along the roads, walls or flowerbeds. You can get the desired inclination easily by pressing on the pedal at the bottom of the chassis.
Painting of all Grillo machines incorporates a double electrostatic powder coating process. At the first stage are the washing baths and preparation, then a first protective coat is applied which is then baked in a special oven, this has proven to be the best base for the application of the finish. The second coat consists of powder coating and still further baking in an oven at 190°C, this then produces the characteristic hardness and shine.
All machines are assembled with care in every detail and tested scrupulously by trained personnel. Final inspection will include running the engine in order to check all its functions and ensure the further and final guarantee of a first class product.
